Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Domestic (United States):
- Standard Shipping — delivery within 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping — delivery within 2–4 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
International Shipping: We ship to over 27 countries worldwide. International orders are shipped via USPS and DHL Express.
- Standard International (USPS) — delivery within 10–20 business days
- Express International (DHL) — delivery within 5–10 business days

Worldwide (Select Regions): Free Shipping is available for select worldwide destinations via our fulfillment partner.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes Graced IT is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at Graced@graceit.company within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
